Description of work: New Roof and gutters.
Very professional workers. Came day before and did some prep work. Day of service: they came early and started work and it was completed by the end of the day. Needed extra PVC board to replace rotten soffet. Put extra board on end of house to extent drip line. Cleaned up at end of day and wouldn’t have known they were there. The owner came the next day to double check evverything.

Highly satisfied with every aspect of the project. The team of workers and project manager arrived on the scheduled day right on time. I was advised/consulted during every stage and informed of some hidden damaged I didn’t anticipate which they were able to repair. Amazed at what was accomplished, the entire roof and garage in one day. Impressive cleanup. I TRIED to find a nail in the perimeter. Not one to date. I got three estimates and they were hard to beat even with the unexpected repair they beat another estimate. As an aside, the crew really worked well together and seemed to enjoy the hard work! The roof looks amazing. Find myself just going out to look at it. Got follow up from the owner. A real positive experience throughout.

Description of work: We bought a discounted roof inspection package from USA roofing and hoped to find out what repairs needed to be performed on our front porch roof.
USA Roofing was unable to make the first appointment due to a vehicle problem. They indicated a willingness to show up on a different day, but we never heard from them again. That was a month ago and no word since. I am hoping to reestablish contact with the company, but not overly optimistic. We will seek a refund if necessary.

Description of work: I had a hole in the peak line of the roof of my home that I needed to be repaired. I also was looking for an assessment of the overall well being of the roof condition.
Thiago Guedes, who is the owner, could not have been better to deal with and was willing to help me. I had called 6 companies in my area and only 2 of them responded-1 to say that they had too many jobs and the other from switchboard who said “she’d see if there was anything he (owner) could do for me” and was never heard from again. As soon as I explained my roof issue, Thiago made sure he and another crew member were at my home the next day. They provided the service I needed,; we’re very cautious in the work they did; did not give me any run around; and offered me helpful suggestions on things to look out for when I have more work done on the house. Having had my fair share of bad experiences with tradesmen over the years, this was the exact type of experience a home owner dreams of and I would recommend him, as I will consider him when I replace the entire roof.

Description of work: I had a big deal purchase with USA Roofing through Angie’s List. I had them replace some shingles that came out with the storm.
That was pretty good. I will probably give them an A on everything but for punctuality. It wasn’t a rush for them to come out for me anyway, but it was back and forth a couple of times. I think it probably took them a couple of weeks to come out. Other than that, I was happy with their service. I didn’t need them to come out right away either. I set up an initial date with them and they didn’t come out on the initial date that we had set and we had to call them back. But they came out and did the job. I was happy with the job. I supplied them with the shingles but they were pretty good too. They said they could go out and get me some shingles but I had some left overs. It was nice and easy. So I just left them out for them and they set them up. They did a good job. I’ll probably use them again.
